Subscribers will find shorter presentations each month by Synchronicity Staff members addressing themes pertinent to the times in which we live. Special live events will be offered as they occur.

Q: What are my subscription options?

Four favorable pricing options:

  • 1 month issue for $12
  • 1 month issue with downloads for $15
  • 6 month package for $60 (6 months for the cost of 5)

If your subscription expires, you will be able to access content of the issues purchased for 7 days.

Q: Can I subscribe mid-month?

I did not subscribe on the first of the month, but I have been charged for a full issue. Am I losing anything by signing up later in the month?

Subscribing to Synchronicity TV is like subscribing to a magazine. Each issue is complete at the time of launch. You will have full access to everything contained in each issue that you have subscribed to for as long as your subscription is current.

Your subscription begins the day you subscribe. If you subscribe to the one month issue you will have access to the videos in your issue for 1 month or 30 days from the day you subscribed.

If you subscribe to the 6 month package, you will have access to the next 6 issues, beginning with the month's issue you subscribed in and the following 5 months. Your subscription will expire exactly 6 months or 180 days from the day you sign up.

Q: What does an issue contain?

On the first of each month SynchronicityTV.com will launch a new issue for the month. An issue contains a full-length dialogue video and a Question & Answer video by Master Charles. Each monthly issue also will contain presentations of Synchronicity Certified Teachers.

Q: How long will I have access to an issue that I purchase?

The videos in your subscription will be assessable as long as you have an active subscription. If you would like to keep your videos for longer than your current subscription you will need to renew your subscription before it runs out. Or you may download the videos to your hard drive if you purchased the subscription with downloads.

There is a 7 day grace period at the end of your subscription. If you do not re-subscribe before the 7 day grace period ends you will lose access to your previously purchased videos.

Q: How many times can I watch a video on Synchronicity TV?

We ask that you watch each video only a few times per month for bandwidth reasons. If you have the comprehensive media package, you can download and view as often as you desire. You can also pay a small download fee to accomplish the same purpose.

Q: Can I log in to my account from different computers?

Yes, but you can only log in from one computer at a time.

Q: Can I share my password?

We ask you to not share the content on this site with other people apart from your immediate family and friends for showing. If someone chooses to use SynchronicityTV services they need to purchase their own subscription.

To do so would jeopardize our ability to sustain Synchronicity TV at an affordable rate because of bandwidth costs.

Q: Can I get a refund?

We do not offer refunds for Synchronicity TV subscriptions. We suggest that you try the free videos and or the 1 month subscription before purchasing the 6 month package.

Q: How do I watch Synchronicity TV on my television?

Synchronicity TV is strictly an Internet-based subscription service, as opposed to a television network available with your cable television service. Synchronicity TV can only be watched via a computer. If you would like to watch on your television screen, there are a variety of hardware options for connecting your home computer to your television.

Q: I subscribed to Synchronicity TV and did not receive an email confirmation. Why not?

First, check your spam or junk mail filter and reset it to allow messages from Synchronicity TV. If that is not the problem, contact us at customer service.

Q: I cannot view the page properly, what is wrong?

We recommend that Synchronicity TV be viewed with the Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox browser.

Q: What is the minimum Internet connection required?

A basic broadband connection, such as DSL or Cable modem service with at least a 400Kbit download speed.

Q: What is the minimum computer configuration required/recommended?

A basic computer configuration capable of watching YouTube videos will suffice.

Some computers have spam filters which have been rejecting any messages/incoming emails from SynchronicityTV.

Q: I am on a dial-up connection. Will this be okay?

Unfortunately, no.

Q: The preview videos look choppy while playing. Will the videos on the subscription site be the same?

The playback of the preview videos will be similar to that experienced in the subscription site. You may consider upgrading your Internet service

Q: The video isn't playing properly.

It is usually related to the quality of your internet service download speed and will also be experienced once you are in the subscription site. Q: What is meant by downloading as opposed to streaming access?

Downloading refers to transferring the files from the website to store on your own computer, instead of watching from the website. The benefit of doing this is that you can watch the videos without an Internet connection, also you can choose to burn your own CDs or DVDs of the material, or transfer the audio files to your mp3 player (ie. iPod) to listen to on the go.

Q: How do I reset my password?

To reset your password: Login to your account. Once logged in click "My Account", under my account click the account tab. Now just click change password, type in current and new password, and save.

Q: I missed the special event. Will I be able to view or download it at a later time?

For Synchronicity TV subscribers you will have access to the past special events as long as you have an active subscription.

Non Synchronicity TV subscribers will have access to the special event for 2 weeks from the moment it was released.

Q: Will I be able to access my old monthly issues if I cancel my subscription and sign back up at a later date?

No, if you cancel your subscription you will no longer have access to your old monthly issues. There is a 7 day grace period wherein you can change your mind.

Q: How do I stop receiving emails from Synchronicity TV?

To stop receiving emails from Synchronicity TV, simply click "Opt out of future emails" at the footer of the email.

Q: I live outside of North America. Will this prevent me from participating in Synchronicity TV?

No, You can participate from anywhere around the world as long as you have a Internet connection and computer that meets the minimum requirement.
